Comfortable Stay with Great Location

Our week here was pleasant. The room had a spacious layout and was clean, but the lighting felt dim. Located near a metro station made exploring easy. For coffee lovers, bring your own supplies as the lobby service charges can add up. A solid option for visiting Milan.

The staff was over-friendly and very helpful !! The room was great! Highly recommended! My next stay in Milan will definitely be in this hotel again!

Relaxing hotel with pleasant staff on reception desk and great Wi-Fi. Marvellous and lovely location near the historic center of Milan with pleasant views. And very close to Close to multiple train stations, and many restaurants and nightlife...

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

I stayed for one night at this hotel. The staff was helpful, even managing an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with both a shower and a bathtub. A significant drawback was the air conditioning, poorly managed during warm weather.

Well-appointed, good-sized unit with a wonderful large bathtub, a well equipped bathroom, good bed.

Top location close to tram and metro. Free upgrade to a great deluxe room. Very nice staff! Check in was already possible at 12.00.

Had an amazing stay with a superb upgrade to a spacious suite. The bathroom had both a bath and shower, and I loved the pleasant room scent. The decor was modern and inviting.

Staff is very friendly. The location is very good, not far from Corso Como. Trams nearby as well as metro etc.

Great location. Nice restaurants/bars and nice shopping places nearby. Great connection by bus or metro to Centro :-)

The hotel bar is not so cozy. The windows on the 8th floor did not open (no handles on the windows). The air conditioning could not regulate.

The location is super friendly and well connected.

Tower hotel, spacious, bright dining area, inviting bar, clean, bright room with modern bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff. Good Italian breakfast buffet. Only a few minutes from the train station - many connections.

Although the journey from the train station to the hotel takes only a few minutes, it is not fun.

Very large room, especially by European standards. Very comfortable. The staff in the bar/restaurant area was friendly and helpful. Nice place to relax after a long day. Good food and drinks. Free mini bar with sodas, juice and waters was a much appreciated extra.

Parking near the hotel was hard to find. The hotel does offer a very, very small secured parking area underground for 22 Euro. Getting in and out of the garage was a challenge, and the walls are actually padded...you almost need to drive against the walls to get in and out. The bathrooms were large but a slightly frosted glass door to a WC is definitely not something I liked.
